If you wish to cancel your appointment please do so within 48 hours to reschedule your appointment and to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. A full fee will be imposed for guests who fail to appear for their appointment. Failure to arrive on time for treatments will result in treatment time being shortened and no discounts will be offered.
